Alerts for significant changes in your key metrics

Notifications

PubPerf sends notifications when significant changes are detected in your key metrics. The notification log gives you a history of all alerts so you can track what changed and when.

Enabling Notifications

Notifications are configured at the organization level:

  1. Go to Organization Settings.
  2. Toggle Enable Notifications on.
  3. Add one or more Notification Emails — these addresses will receive alert emails.
  4. Save the configuration.

Notification Log

The notification log displays a paginated table with the following columns:

Notification Types

PubPerf monitors the following metrics for significant changes:

  • PV (Page Views) — Alerts when traffic changes significantly, which may indicate an issue with your site or a traffic spike.
  • Revenue — Alerts when ad revenue changes, helping you catch revenue drops early.
  • Impressions — Alerts when ad impression volume changes unexpectedly.
  • Page RPM — Alerts when revenue per thousand page views shifts, indicating changes in monetization efficiency.

Use Cases

  • Catch revenue drops early — Get alerted before a small issue becomes a major revenue loss.
  • Traffic anomaly detection — Identify unusual traffic patterns that may indicate bot activity or SEO issues.
  • Post-deployment monitoring — Verify that site changes don't negatively impact key metrics.
